Visitors see scored leads with house numbers hidden (5 scans a day). Members get full addresses, CSV export and on-demand homeowner contact (1 credit each).
Year built is used as a stand-in for roof age; roofs may have been replaced. Contact data is provided for lawful, compliant outreach only. Numbers flagged Do Not Call must not be called or texted. Scores are estimates, not guarantees of need.
